THE FLOWERS
- What are the different collections?
- Simply Petals is offering three collections for its subscribers - Divine, Prive and Fabulous. Each collection features fresh flowers designed and arranged by the Simply Petals team.
- What kind of flowers will I get?
- Your flower arrangement will include the freshest flowers, direct from growers and the vase. There are thousands of flowers and greens from which our team chooses. Each morning the Simply Petals team receives its flowers and greens and arranges the flowers by hand, individually crafting the arrangements for each customer.
- Are my flowers fresh?
- They are indeed! The freshest! The day of your delivery is the day your flowers are arranged and hand delivered.
- Who designs the flower arrangements?
- Simply Petals' team are in the studio designing an array of unique seasonal arrangements each month for your weekly, bi-monthly or monthly deliveries.
- Do I receive the flower arrangement pictured?
- The pictured flower arrangements are used to help determine your preferred price point. Each arrangement is custom made for you. As a result, you will not receive the floral arrangement pictured. Instead, you will receive a comparable arrangement that has been designed by the Simply Petals team.
- How do I keep the flowers fresh all week?
- Our flowers are cut fresh the day of your delivery and placed in a vase when delivered. All you have to do is keep your vase filled with clean water.
THE DELIVERY
- How do I receive my flowers?
- Hand-delivered. On the day you want. At the time you want. Simple! Our professional delivery team will even help place the flower arrangements in your home or office.
- How often do my flowers come?
- That’s up to you. Simply Petals offers you weekly, bi-monthly and monthly deliveries.
- When will my flowers arrive?
- The first floral arrangement will be set to arrive at your doorstep within one week of your first delivery. Thereafter, flowers will be delivered according to your scheduled delivery preferences.
- What can Simply Petals do for my special events?
- We love events! Whether it is a dinner party, birthday or wedding, Simply Petals has a team of florists that can help you find the right floral design, theme and arrangement(s). Simply, send us an email atevents@simplypetals.com or call (888) 322-0099, and we will be happy to help.
- What if I’m out of town on the day of my flower delivery?
- This is no problem. Please call us at least seven (7) days in advance to reschedule your delivery. Alternatively, you could also choose to gift your arrangement to a friend or charity while you are away. Simply Petals works with several charities, hospitals, and doctors offices where patients would be delighted to receive an unexpected surprise. To gift your delivery, simply email us at gift@simplypetals.com and include the details of your request, the recipients name and address.
- Can I gift someone a subscription?
- Yes! It’s the gift that keeps on giving. It’s easy to gift a subscription to someone, and with every delivery, you can include a card and special message.
- Can Simply Petals be my personal florist?
- Of course! Please call us to make arrangements for an in-home or in-office visit.

THE PRICING
- What are my subscription costs?
- There are three price points for personal subscriptions starting at $34 per arrangement plus applicable sales tax. The vase and hand-delivery serviceare complimentary. Your card will be charged up front for the first month's deliveries, and then monthly thereafter.
- What are the accepted methods of payment?
- We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, you can cancel at any time upon seven(7) days prior notice by calling us at (888) 322-0099.
- What if I'm not 100% satisfied?
- If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your delivery or floral arrangement, please tell us. We are very sensitive to our members’ feedback an want to make sure you are all enjoying the service hassle free. If you're not 100% satisfied, for any reason, we'll deliver a new bundle or credit your money back.
